J'ai évolué mon turbo pour Renault Safran Bi-turbo.
Le K04-04 & le K04-05 ont été porté (amélioré ) à T25-T28
C'est turbo hybride.

C'est quoi ces termes K04-04 & K04-05 puis T25-T28

Hybrid turbo means, two different size of turbo mate into one.
The current Renault turbo is K04-04 & K04-05 (left & right). We enlarged or ported the turbine housing (k04) and installed a bigger Garrett T25 blade. We discarded the K04 compressor and we installed a Garrett T25 compressor housing. Then, we enlarged or ported the compressor housing and installed a Garrett T28 blade. This is called Hybrid turbo. We retained the original K04 turbine so owners will not replace the exhaust manifold. The turbo will mount to your current exhaust manifold. However, the oil and water line must be replaced using a braided hose. The oil & water line is a Garrett not KKK turbo.
The result, the turbine (T25) is twice bigger than the stock Renault turbo. The compressor (T28) is 3 times bigger than the stock Renault turbo.
We don't have Renault Safrane in the U.S. I have someone in Swetzerland who asked to help him hybrid his Renault turbo, and this is what I came out.

Un turbo hybride signifie qu'il y a deux tailles différentes de turbo accouplé en un.
Le Renault turbo actuel sont les K04-04 et K04-05 (gauche et droit).
Nous avons agrandi le logement de la turbine (k04) et nous avons installé des ailettes plus grande du compresseur Garrett T25. Nous avons jeté le compresseur K04 et nous avons installé un logement de compresseur de Garrett T25. Puis, nous avons agrandi le logement de compresseur et avons installé des ailettes de Garrett T28. Ceci s'appelle le turbo hybride. Nous avons maintenu (l'axe de?) la turbine K04 originale et la tubulure d'échappement n'a pas été remplacé.

Le circuit d'eau et d'huile est Garrett et non KKK turbo. Le résultat, la turbine (T25) est deux fois plus grand que le Renault turbo actuel. Le compresseur (T28) est 3 fois plus grand que le Renault turbo actuel .
Nous n'avons pas de Renault Safrane aux États-Unis.

J'ai quelqu'un en Suisse qui m'a demandé de l'aide sur le turbo hybride sur sa Renault Turbo, et c'est comme cela que je m'en suis sorti.

Hmmm,
600 HP - that is impressive.
But the problem with the Safrane biturbo is the gearbox, not a lack of engine power (or better said: they had to limit the power to get satisfyable life out of the gearbox!

Adieu gearbox/ BVM!

Hi jaimejaime,

Ther's something strange in your tubo modification. Are you sure that the turbine and compressor map are correct ?
if i've well understood you have change the turbine housing and the compressor housing. Do you have change the ratio A/R ?
It's very strange to adapt a Garrett Turbocharger on an engine developped for a kkk turbo.
What i don't understand is the increasing of power you announced. 600 Hp it's amazing. Did you run test on engine cells ? If yes show us the result.
in my work I'm sure that the T25 turbine step can supply enough air flow to have 600hp.

If you can answer me i could be interesting.
